You can enjoy the amazing light house view from our beautiful balcony at breakfast, with a glass of wine or just when you want to relax after visiting the amazing places the city  has to offer.

Enjoy & Experience Lisbon as a local. It will take you 3 min walking to Cacilhas ferry station where you have the most amazing view of Lisbon at the lighthouse.

7 min ferry ride from Cacilhas to Caís do Sodré-  to downtown Lisboa. At this station you have metro, tranvia, train & bus station to move everywhere across Lisboa, Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, Belém, Ericeira, Nazareth, Peniche, Fatima, Oporto  etc..

A 3-min walk to the bus stop that take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, Costa da Caparica Beach in 20min, and the stunning Cristo Rey.

Tram to Pragal , where you can take the train to enjoy Setúbal and continue your adventure towards the south of Portugal !

Please kindly observe the following rules:

At the time of booking, the passport or ID of all guests is required to confirm the reservation.

1. Personal care kit:

A starter kit of basic personal care products is provided for 2-3 days only, including:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 trash bags
• Shower gel and kitchen soap

For the rest of your stay, regardless of duration, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase any additional items needed.

2. Children and documentation: Adults traveling with children under 18 must provide a photo of both parents’ and children’s passports to prove the family relationship. If you cannot demonstrate the relationship, your booking will be rejected and canceled without refund.

3. House rules:
• No smoking: 200 USD fine

• No parties or events; outside guests are not allowed

• No pets

• Respect neighbors by avoiding excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

4. Child safety: The apartment is not safe or suitable for children aged 0-4 years.

5. Damages: Any damages caused in the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Check-out:

• Do not leave food in the fridge or kitchen

• Tie up the trash bag

• Place used towels and bath mats on the toilet; the cleaning staff will handle laundry

• Turn off lights, air conditioning, stove, appliances, and TV Leave the keys in their place

7. Personal belongings: We are not responsible for items left in the apartment.

Cleaning staff are instructed to remove anything that does not belong to the apartment.

Please check your belongings carefully before leaving.

8. Stays longer than one month: A monthly cleaning fee of 40 € will apply for apartment maintenance (once a month). This fee does not include cleaning personal items Personal items should not be left around the apartment to facilitate cleaning The fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking

9. Parking: We do not have parking available on the property, but the following may be useful:

1.Parque de Estacionamento da Margueirinha Av. 25 de Abril de 1974, 472800-304 Almada (1 week / 7 days = €8.40) — pay exact change in coins

2. Paid street parking: 8 AM to 7 PM

3. Free street parking: Sundays and public holidays

Please try to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. Be considerate of the cleaning staff.
